The EP contains the three tracks "Ghosts", "Chains of Love" and "Old Friends". The download also contains a number of polaroid photos from the recording session.

This recording was done at Black Tornado Studios by Ralph A. Rjeilly and Anders Onsberg, and was later mixed by Aske Zidore. The songs are all written by Rufus Ethan Spencer with arrangements by the band. Trumpet on Ghosts by Kasper Tranberg.
